I have been practicing yoga since 2007, but did not start a consistent practice until I was pregnant with my third child.
Throughout my pregnancy and afterwards, my yoga practice was a refuge for me...a few hours a week that I carved out just for me. Quickly I discovered the transformational power of yoga. I love how it constantly challenges me and has taught me to be patient with myself. One of the most amazing things about yoga is the self awareness that it brings. Not just becoming aware of your body as it moves and transforms, but also becoming more conscious of your breath, thoughts and emotions on and off your mat.
My goal as a teacher is to challenge and inspire students to be their best selves.
Our yoga mats are safe, judgment-free spaces where anyone can find what they need and wonder at their own capabilities.
