My first Yoga class was in 2007. A doctor told me to try yoga to lower stress levels to start a family. I attended my first power yoga class and from that day on I knew yoga would be a life long journey!
I completed my first 200 hour certification with Yogafit and then moved from Ohio and completed my second 200 hours with CFYC. Along with prayer, yoga, and clean living my husband and I have four amazing children.
Off the mat I am an Integrative Health Coach. I help others find balance by eliminating toxins, eating whole foods, and striving to find the best version of themselves. In helping others I always learn how to better myself.
I enjoy running, cycling, Crossfit, and YOGA! My teaching style focuses on music, motivation, and moving with your breath. My class will take you to a new head space by being fully present in YOUR body.
