When I began my practice in 2000 I envisioned yoga as chanting and meditating. I didn’t like it at first, it was too slow and my group exercise background was in step class, boot camp and Jane Fonda style aerobics. I did like the challenge so I stuck with it and found that my chronicmsciatica was relieved so I kept going. I have a BS in Exercise Science from ASU, so in the early days, I wasn’t required to have a certification to teach but I decided in 2016 that I wanted to expand my knowledge and took Sandy Raper’s 200 hour YRT training. Since then I have enjoyed getting back into the classroom as I had done solely private yoga classes over the past 10 years.
I am excited to be a part of the CFYC team and look forward to assisting others in
their personal practice.
I am a native of Concord and have two intelligent and beautiful teenage girls, as well as a little

feel their best.
