My love and passion for yoga have brought so many amazing things and beautiful people into my life. Finding the practice of yoga, on and off the mat, has brought a world of peace and ease into my life and the greatest realization of all: You are perfect just as you are today! Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not guaranteed, and today is a gift – that’s why it’s called the present!
Yoga has offered me so many wonderful physical, emotional and mental benefits that I carry off the mat and use throughout my daily life. Having completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the summer of 2014 with Diane Cevallos, I am excited and inspired to share the gift of yoga with others with the hope of bringing the beauty and grace of the physical asana to those who want to transform not only their physical body - but overall outlook on life and the world!
I am enthusiastic about continuing to grow my own practice and being able to connect with other yogis who share the same passion as me!
Off of the mat, reading and writing are one of my top passions and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Children’s Literature and Childhood Studies from UNC-Charlotte. I thrive off of the outdoor world and call the mountains of Asheville my true home, enjoying mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and simply breathing in the fresh air!
