After years of struggling with weight issues my doctor suggested trying yoga . I was self-conscious about my body. So, I bought a yoga DVD and started practicing at home. After a few months of trying to do the poses I finally worked up the courage to try a class in a studio. I fell in love. After my first class I was hooked on anything fitness related because of how I felt. My body started to transform and my health began to improve. I needed to share my passion with the world.
I completed my 200 hr yoga teacher training in August 2015.
When I'm not practicing yoga or teaching yoga ,I enjoy aerial silks, pole fitness ,trapeze, and Lyra (Aerial Hoop). I love spending time in the park with my daughter. Climbing trees, playing on the monkey bars, hiking, swimming and just plain goofing around.
