I have enjoyed the benefits of yoga for many years but found my practice inconsistent. In April 2016, I joined CYFC to rebuild a consistent practice and bring healing into areas of my body and life that needed nurturing. Right away, I felt welcomed into a supportive and encouraging environment. I’ve known for many years that I wanted to teach yoga, it was just a matter of timing. In 2017, I completed CFYC 200 hour teacher training with Diane Cevallos and Hollace Stephenson.
I love the integrated approach of yoga in strengthening the body, mind, and spirit. I believe that yoga is for everyone and encourage students to let the practice meet them where they are. I offer a challenging and supportive approach to inspire students to see, feel and know their internal power.

200 hour Power Vinyasa Training with Diane Cevallos and Hollace Stephenson.
Certified Group Power and Group Centergy instructor with MOSSA.
9 years experience teaching group fitness classes.
