Q.My favorite thing about the CFYC community is?

My favorite thing about CFYC is the feeling of being a part of something great.

Q. Why do you practice yoga? When I practice I use every muscle in my body, I feel strong from head to toe. Yoga helps me to focus on the present and to become more aware of what is going on in my mind and body.

Q. Why do you teach yoga?

Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and I wanted to be a part of that change for someone else . I am grateful for the opportunity to share with others what yoga has done for me.

Q. How would you describe your teaching style? What can students expect when they come to your class?

Students can expect to be challenged , in a fun, lighthearted way. I offer plenty of verbal and hands on adjustments/assists.I want my students to leave my class feeling empowered - like they could conquer the world!I

Q. What is your advice to people who understand the health benefits of yoga, and would like to start a practice or practice more often, but have difficulty finding time?

As a busy mom of two kids, I get it.My advice would be to put yourself on your to do list. If you can’t make it to a yoga class, practice with a yoga dvd or a YouTube video. Carve out time for yourself that is the most important thing.Do what you can with the time you have. Make it a priority.

Q. What are your hobbies or pursuits in addition to yoga?

Spending time with my family & friends, Gardening, Baking & Cooking, Reading
