Fend off feelings of stress and worry by continuing to comitt to your yoga practice.Yoga is a great stress reliever for the holidays. Practicing yoga will help you to focus on what important while strengthening you both physically and mentally. You will be better able to face any challenges that may arise while cultivating a sense of joy, happiness and peace during the holidays.
Even if your schedule seems full to the point of bursting, it’s still important to make time for yourself.
