A student of yoga for over ten years, Sandy began teaching yoga in early 2003. Her passion to teach comes from a deep desire to serve and share the gift of yoga with as many students as she can.
Sandy desires to make her classes accessible to as many people as possible. She teaches a subtle, yet powerful, vinyasa flow style.Incorporating alignment principles, as well as, muscular and organic energetics within her teaching.
Sandy has completed:
200 hour and 500 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Rolf Gates.
She is currently pursuing a 500 hour training with Tiffany Cruikshank/Yoga Medicine.
She holds certifications in Yin Yoga with Shala Rain.
Certified with YogaFit Levels 1, 2 & 3.
Sandy currently teaches Yoga courses at the Cabarrus College of Health Sciences along with workshops and teacher training.
