Donna Hicks is a certified instructor in the Classic Mat Pilates Method and Equipment through Appalachian State University .
She has been passionate about the health benefits and core power of Pilates for over  7 Years.
Donna has worked with a range of fitness levels and age groups, including collegiate athletes, dancers, and individuals recuperating from various injuries.
