This retreat will focus on adventuring into the unknown as you immerse yourself in the beautiful, green scenery.  As we share time and space together, it is our hope that you will begin to see your yoga practice as self care, meditation as rest, and life outdoors as an adventure!


Retreat includes lodging, all meals, daily physical yoga classes and meditation sessions, scenic walks, and two workshops!

PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we use your deposit to secure the venue and other necessities required as part of the retreat.  The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due  by April 1, 2022.

 

  • If you cancel 60 - 90  days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat minus the deposit .  You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.

  • If you cancel 0 - 60 days before your retreat start date, 30% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat minus the deposit. You will forfeit 70% of the price of your retreat.

The ONLY exception to this policy is if a Charlotte Family Yoga Center retreat must be cancelled in its entirety for any reason in which case we will notify all parties via phone and/or email and provide a 100% refund.

 

For all retreats, we strongly recommend you have personal travel insurance throughout the trip to cover unexpected cancellations, personal medical expenses and emergency evacuation in the unlikely event you should require it.
