At CFYC we strive to provide our students and community with not only exceptional teaching and instruction but high standards in customer service.

If a student reserves a space in class using our online scheduler, their space will be held until 5 minutes before class begins. If the student does not show, their space will become available to drop-in students. If students make reservations and do not show for class, they will not be charged for the class unless there is a waitlist.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. All packages are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be shared. We do not offer refunds for classes taken or partially taken. If you have questions related to your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
MONTHLY AUTO PAYMENT / MEMBERSHIPS
The membership monthly auto-draft payment will draft from your credit card each month on the date you purchased your membership.
A $150 early cancellation fee will be applied to memberships cancelled before a 6 month period. A $50/mo suspension fee can be applied if needed, but you will still be required to meet the 6 month minimum. Suspension or cancellation of membership requires a 30 day notice. If you need to cancel or suspend, please email your request to email@example.com.
Our class passes expire according to the following schedule:
New Student Special – 14 Days from purchase
5 Class Pass – 4 months from purchase
10 Class Pass – 6 months from purchase
20 Class Pass – 8 months from purchase
NEW STUDENT SPECIAL
New Student Special begins on date of purchase and runs for 14 days. This special applies only to first-time visitors and local students.
FREEZING, OR TRANSFERRING PACKAGES
We do not extend “freezes," extensions, or transfers for packages.
In order to be considered for a refund, students must provide seven (7) days prior notification to cancel attendance for a workshop. If the workshop is not sold out , a credit will issued to your CFYC account. CFYC cannot issue refunds or credits for workshops conducted by guest teachers.
TEACHER TRAINING TUITION
If you choose to leave our teacher training program, no refunds or credits are available.
CFYC reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a class, workshop, or retreat at any time. We will do our very best to notify all students by email, social media, and online scheduler. Students will be refunded for workshops cancelled by CFYC. Students may request a refund to their payment method or have funds applied to their account.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
On some occasions it becomes necessary to close the studio due to inclement weather. Please consult the website, social media, and online scheduler for weather cancellations.
YOUNG STUDENT POLICY
Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. If you would like to bring your child to a regular yoga class with you, he/she must be at least 14 years old.
STUDIO MAXIUM CAPACITY POLICY
CFYC is designed to be a neighborhood studio. Because of this, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class. Once the classroom limit is reached, we begin a waiting list. Registering online is recommended to save a spot in class.
LOST ITEMS POLICY
CFYC will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
CFYC does not allow cell phones in the yoga room.
CLASS CLOSE TIME
Charlotte Family Yoga Center enforces a strict Late Arrival Policy. If you are more than five (5) minutes late for a class, workshop, or series, you will lose your spot and may incur a Late Cancel Charge and/or forfeit a class or workshop. No entry into a class or workshop is allowed after five (5) minutes. CFYC does not guarantee entry to class after start time.
Parents must follow the check in process for Kids Play. The ages for kids play is 3-9 years old.
Children must be potty trained .If a child has a fever, rash, diarrhea, yellow or green mucus your child will not be allowed to use Kids play.
Kids play maximum is 8 children.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
A Liability Waiver must be filled out before taking class.
CHECKS & AUTODRAFT PAYMENTS
All returned monies are subject to a $25 fee.
All retail sales are final.
