Kim started in the fitness world as an instructor 19 years ago! She is certified in several formats such as spinning, step, Pilates, Bodypump, silver sneakers and yoga!
She fell in love with yoga 16 years ago and decided to immerse herself for 21 days and complete her first yoga teacher training . With a desire to learn more she soon found herself completing a 500 hour teacher training.
With over 15 years of experience, Kim is passionate about the transformative benefits of yoga and share those benefits with her students
When she is not teaching yoga she loves to travel, hike, paddle board, spoil her yellow lab Luke, and spend time with her husband and two grown children Megan and Blake!
