A science and anatomy geek, my teaching gravitates toward practices focused on building strength and flexibility with a side of core work. I began my regular practice in 2007 to complement my strength and marathon training. I completed my 200-hour training at Carolina Yoga Company in 2012 and have added higher level training in anatomy, mindful strength, Yoga for Athletes and Yoga for Veterans in the years since. I believe that yoga is for everyone especially if we approach our practice with curiosity, agency and a willingness to laugh. Come play!
