Mandisa Armstrong, RYT-500 Yoga Instructor and Holistic Health Coach has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for the past 6. Her classes are designed with the student in mind. Lighthearted, inspirational, and accessible to all, classes with Mandisa are one of a kind. Classes are a mix of hatha, restorative, and meditation focusing on breath, movement, and mindfulness offering the student a pathway home to themselves. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others and helping them to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life.
